Colorado’s Healthy School Meals for All (HSMA) provides free lunch to all Roaring Fork School District students. Although breakfast and lunch are currently free for all students, we encourage every household to complete the Educational Benefits Application: School Fees & Meals.

Important information about the application:

• Only one application is required per household, even if your children attend different schools.
• You may complete the application solely to apply for meal benefits. You are not required to give permission to share your information for other educational benefits in order to apply for meal benefits.
• Sharing information for non-meal benefits is optional. You may choose whether to give RFSD staff permission to use your information for other educational benefits, such as school fee waivers, athletic fee reductions, and AP test support.
• If you choose to share your information, it may be provided to authorized RFSD staff responsible for administering the specific educational benefits for which you qualify.
• Immigration, migrant, refugee, or citizenship status is NOT required to complete the application.
• All information provided on the application is confidential and protected by applicable federal and state requirements.
• The application is used to determine meal eligibility at Carbondale Community School and to support educational benefits across RFSD schools.

Applications can be completed electronically via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal  ** (Login to your account, Click on “More” on the left side menu and then “Meal Benefits”)** There are detailed instructions linked below.

By submitting this form, you are helping Roaring Fork Schools provide better services for all students. Our school meals follow USDA nutritional guidelines and when families choose school meals, our district receives more funding to support local jobs and healthy learning environments.
